摘要
文章从分析物业服务产品的特点出发,阐述了物业管理企业品牌的内涵,论述了物业管理企业应该立足于物业服务产品的特点,从精细化服务、个性化服务、以人为本,导入CIS,打造企业文化与社区文化的完美统一五个方面构建物业管理企业品牌。
To proceed from analyzing the characters of service products made by property management, this paper expatiates on the connotation of the brand of property management enterprises, and discusses that if property management enterprises want to construct their own brands, they should base themselves upon the characters of their service products, and also they should base on the following five aspects including refined service; individualized service; people oriented; the introduction of CIS; and making perfect unification of corporate culture and community culture.
