摘要
本文从建设社会主义和谐社会出发,探讨了定性与定量相结合的和谐社会评价体系,将社会生产力、法治道德和资源环境作为社会评价体系的基本架构和度量指标域,提出了社会发展基的概念,构建了数理模型,对社会发展基系统的稳定态、和谐度和演进率进行了描述;确定了社会发展基系统评价指标,分析了社会发展基系统承载力,并研究了社会生产力对系统整体的贡献率,最后对应用策略进行了展望。
The article discusses the evaluation system of socialist harmonious society, takes the social productivity, monocraey morality and resource environment as the basic frame and measurement index territory, brings forward the concept of social development base, constructs the mathematical model, and describes the stability, concordance and the rate of evolvement for social development base system. Then, ascertains the evaluation indexes of social development base system, analyzes its carrying capability, and researches the contribution rate of social productivity for the whole system. Finally, the strategy of the application of the system is discusses.
