高校图书馆因读者个性心理、行为习惯、道德品质和教育管理等方面的原因而导致图书资源流失损毁现象严重．应加强教育,从源头、根本上治理:强化管理,从条件、制度上堵塞;改善服务,从情感、态度上着手。

As a result of the readers＇ individual psychololgy, behavior habits, and moral trait as well as administration, the books and peridicals are and damaged seriously. The thesis puts forward strengthening eduation, condition and system; and improving service, controlling it from the source; strengthening management, blocking up it from the commencing it from emotion and manner.
