中药保留灌肠结合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗溃疡性结肠炎132例

Treatment of 132 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis with Retention Enema of Chinese Medicine plus the Intra-colorectal Cavity Therapeutic Apparatus

采用中药保留灌肠结合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗溃疡性结肠炎132例，并与同期单纯采用中药保留灌肠治疗的107例患者进行对照，两组有效率分别为98．4％和90．6％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药保留灌肠和肛肠内腔治疗仪联用比单纯灌肠治疗具有更好的疗效。

The 132 patients with ulcerative colitis were subjected to combined therapies of retention enema with Chinese medicines and therapeutic apparatus intra-colorectal cavity. Their curative effects were compared with that of 107 patients subjected to the enema alone,as results,the effective rate of both groups was 98.4%and 90.6% respectively（ P〈0.05）. The results show that above-mentioned combined therapies are better than alone enema in curative effects.
