溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠肛管插入深度的探讨

Probing into the Depth Inserted into Anal Canal during Retention Enema for Ulcerative Colitis

为了减轻保留灌肠时患者的便意感，提高溃疡性结肠炎的治愈率，对保留灌肠肛管插入深度进行探讨。将130例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和观察组，在其余条件无差异的情况下，治疗组肛管插入深度20～35cm，对照组按常规插管，观察两组患者便意感、保留时间及治愈率等情况。结果表明，肛管插入深度20～35cm时药物保留时间延长，便意感减轻，治愈率明显提高。

In order to relieve defecation sensation during retention enema and increase the recovery rate of ulcerative colitis, author investigated different depth inserted into anal canal during retention enema, divided 130 patients into treatment group and control group randomly; and the depth of treatment group was 20-35cm,the other group was the normal depth. Then the defecation sensation, retention time and recovery rate were compared between the two groups. It is conclusions the retention time of treatment group is longer, defecation sensation is relieved and recovery rate is increased markedly in depth of 20-35cm.
