摘要
定量的机械系统可靠性理论尚未取得突破性进展。本文从分析现有机械系统可靠性理论存在问题出发,提出了考虑相关性的机械系统可靠度计算方法及相关程度的定性判定准则,并对机械系统元件多,可靠度计算量大的情况给出了系统可靠度的简化算法。该方法对于机械系统可靠性设计具有理论意义,对生产实际机械系统可靠度的计算具有实际指导意义。
A breakthrough of the quantitative reliability theory of mechanical systems has not been achieved. Its reliability computation method and qualitative discrimination criterion in respect to system relevance are presented, and the simplified calculation method for complex system reliability is also presented through analyzing the existing problems in mechanical systems' reliability theory. The method is of important theoretical significance for their reliability design and provides guidance to their reliability calculation.
