等离子激光复合成形中角度对弧柱形态和熔积层精度的影响

Influence of an Angle on Plasma Arc Beam Shaping and Deposition Precision During Hybrid Plasma Laser Formation

摘要 提出了等离子激光复合直接制造金属零件的新技术,介绍了等离子激光复合直接制造技术的基本原理。通过实验研究分析了激光束与等离子束复合角度对熔积层精度的影响规律。得到了在相同条件下,熔积层的宽度随复合角度的增加而增加的重要结论并分析了其原因。 A new technology and its principle for the direct manufacturing of metal components by hybrid plasma laser were put forward. The influence of the angle between laser beam and plasma arc beam on the precision of a deposited layer was analyzed through experimental studies. The important conclusion is reached that the deposition layer is wider as the angle is bigger under the same condition.
