摘要
产品设计是一个反复的迭代过程。在变型设计过程中一处小的改动都有可能涉及大量的设计变动。本文针对当前变型过程设计研究的不足,提出了采用ISM(解析结构模型)进行产品结构分析的方法,通过此法不仅清楚地展示了各个产品零部件模块的结构关系,而且反映了产品各组成对象间联系的紧密程度和重要程度,从而为变型设计提供了理论依据。
Product design is a repetitive iteration process. A small change may result in tremendous redesign changes. Considering the shortcomings of the variant process design, the paper presented an interpretive structural model(ISM) to analyze product structurs. The model not only visualizes the hierarchy of component modules within a product but also reflects closeness and importance of components, offering a theoretical basis for variant design.
