摘要
借助企业集群增强中小企业的国际竞争优势是现实中的成功之道。而借鉴战略管理理论框架,将中小企业集群的国际化经营战略从竞争战略、成长战略和职能战略角度进行分析,构建基于中小企业国际化的集群战略体系,将有助于中小企业国际竞争优势提升的研究。
Enterprise grouping is a success in improving the international competitiveness of medium and smallsized enterprises. Based on the strategic management theory, an analysis of the internationalized management strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises has been conducted from the perspective of competitive, developing and functional strategy. A grouping strategy system will be established, thus improving the international competitiveness of medium and small-sized enterprises.
