摘要
为了切实贯彻《普通高等学校体育与健康课程教学指导纲要》,树立“健康第一”的指导思想,体育课程教学模式改革势在必行。本文提出的“选项自由,择师自主”的选项课教学模式,较好地完善了体育选项课的施行办法,可供兄弟院校参考。
In order to carry out the Guide of Ordinary Higher School Sports and Health Curriculum Teaching, and build up the guide ideology of healthy first, the reform of sports and health curriculum teaching must be carried out. This paper puts forward the teaching mode of choosing teachers as well as curriculum freely, which is just for brother schools＇ reference.
