精子膜麦芽凝集素受体含量与体外受精率的关系

Relation between Contents of Spermatozoan Surface Wheat Germ Agglutinin (WGA) Receptor and Fertilization Rates of Metaphase Ⅱ Oocytes in Vitro

摘要 目的:研究常规检查精液的精子膜麦芽凝集素受体对体外受精率的预测价值。方法:对140例单纯因女性输卵管梗阻行体外受精-胚胎移植,且该促排卵周期获取成熟卵8个以上,丈夫精液检查正常,进行精子凝集素受体检验,统计该患者受精率和凝集素受体含量。结果:体外受精率<65%组为60例,其凝集素受体均值为89.5667±9.1769%,受精率≥65%组为80例,其凝集素受体均值为95.9625±3.0208%。P<0.01,两组差异有显著性。结论:精子膜麦芽凝集素受体的含量与受精率有相关性,常规检查的精液精子表面的凝集素受体可以预见体外受精率。 Objective: To determine the prediction value of wheat germ agglutinin (WGA)-receptor of human spermatozoa surface to fertilization rate of metaphase Ⅱ oocytes in vitro. Methods: Spermatozoa and oocytes were obtained from 140 infertile couples with male normospermic and female oviduct obstruction patients for IVF procedure in our center,the contents of spermatozoa surface agglutinin-receptor from routine semen assay and the following IVF fertilization rates that were expressed as the percentage of metaphase Ⅱ oocytes with successful fertilization were detected. Results:Two groups were divided according to fertilization rates: less than 65% ( n = 60) and over than 65% ( n = 80) ,the contents of spermatozoa surface WGA-Receptor showed significant difference between them (89. 5667 ± 9. 1769% vs 95. 9625 ± 3. 0208%, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: There is the relation of fertilization rates of metaphase Ⅱ oocytes in vitro and contents of spermatozoa surface WGA-±receptor while the quantitation of WGA-receptor of spermatozoa from routine semen assay might be a predictor for fertilization rates in vitro.
