3种宫内节育器5年临床对照分析

A Clinical Comparative Study on Three Types of IUD within Five Years

目的:观察比较新型GyneFixIN宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法:采用对比性研究,以随机方法给556例健康育龄妇女放置3种不同IUD,其中GyneFixINIUD220例,γ-IUD220例,MLCuIUD116例,于放置后1、2、3、5年进行随访。结果:GyneFixINIUD使用5年妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、续用率分别为3.28%、2.32%、5.76%、83.0%;GyneFixINIUD脱落率2.32%明显低于MLCuIUD的16.0%(P<0.01),也低于γ-IUD的7.31%(P<0.05)。GyneFixINIUD5年续用率高于MLCuIUD(P<0.05)。结论:GyneFixIN和γ-IUD具有脱落率低、续用率高、副反应小的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of GyneFixlN I UD as a new device. Methods：556 cases of healthy, childbearing-aged women were randomly provided three types of IUDs：GyneFixlN 220 women, γ-IUD 220 and MLCu IUD 116. Then all of them were followed up in 1,2,3, and 5 years. Results： The 5 years-pregnant rate, expulsion rate, withdrawing rate, and continuation rate of GyneFixlN were 3.28%, 2.32%, 5.76%, and 83.0%, respectively. The expulsion rate of GyneFixlN （2.32%） was lower than that in MLCu IUD （16.0%） and γ-IUD group （7.31%） （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. The continuation rates of GyneFixlN, γ-IUD, and MLCu IUD was 83.0%, 78.6%, and 70.5%, respectively, which Of GyneFIXin higher than MLCu IUD （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： GyneFixlN and γ-IUD, as an up-to-date fixed,copper-contained IUD with lower expulsion rate and higher continuation rate,without any supporting frame would be recommended.
