保留生育功能的腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术52例

Clinical Analysis of 52 Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy Used Laparoscope Fertility-remaining Operation

目的探讨保留生育功能的腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾分析要求保留生育功能的输卵管异位妊娠病例52例,所有患者在气管插管全麻下行腹腔镜手术治疗。结果52例异位妊娠患者腹腔镜手术均取得成功,所有患者术中均保留了输卵管。随访5～9个月,无并发症发生。结论保留生育功能的腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠微创、安全、有效,术后恢复快。但它需要一定的腹腔镜手术训练。

Objective To explove the clinical value of ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscope fertility-remaining. Methods 52 cases were reviewed and analysed. All patients had ectopic pregnancy with requiring fertility conservation. The laparscope operation was performed under trachea anaesthesia, Results The operations were successful and oviduct were remained in all cases. No postoperative complications occurred during 5-9 months follow-up. Comclusion fertility-remaining operation is minimally invasive,safe, effective and associated with a rapid recovery in treament of ectopic pregnancy. However, it requires laparoscepic training.
