俄语法律术语中的同义、多义和歧义现象

Synonymy,Polysemy and Ambiguity in Legal Terminoloogy

术语的基本特征之一是一个概念有且只有一个术语命名,但是在术语的实际应用中却常常遇到同义术语,多义术语。本文从同义术语产生的概念基础出发,对同义法律术语的类型进行了划分,指出术语同义是有条件的,并且分析了术语的多义现象产生的根源,指出法律术语多义只在广义的法领域,而在部门法中应该是单义的。

One of the basic features of terminology is that each concept has but only one term definition, while synonym- terms and polysemous terms may often appear in the everyday use of terms. This thesis mainly studied the basis of precondition of the engendering of synonym - terms and differentiated the styles of synonymous legal terms and pointed out that the synonymity of terms depended on certain precondition. This thesis also analyzed the profound origins of the engendering of the terms, discovered the fact that the polysemous terms only existed in the broad sense of law, while in the field of sectorial law, it should be singular referring.
