实施蔬菜种子工程要贯彻实现经济体制和经济增长方式的两个根本性变，鼓励联合或合作以实现资源优化配置等基本原则，发挥育种科研单位的研究开发优势和龙头作用，建立和完善蔬菜种子工程体系，以提高蔬菜种子工程的规模和档次。
Abstract Carrying out vegetable seed project need realize two sastematic transformations in economic structures and economic growth way. It also also urnon and develop the research superiority and tap action of scientific breeding research institution. We should set up and perfect the vegetable seed project system to improve its scale and level.
