文章指出中国农村专业技术协会的建立与发展，与农业推广的发展密切相关。中国农村专业技术协会是依农业推广的发展而起步建立的，同时农业推广的发展又促进了农村专业技术协会的组织与发展，体现了比较明显的“推广效应”。

Abstract In this paper the author Pointed out that the construction and development of rural specific technology association was correlated with agricultulal extension. 'Association' was constructed to follow the development of agricultural extension. The development of agricultulal extension promoted the development of 'association'. Distinct extension effect was reflected.
