本文论述了陕西省农科院在促进自身成果转化方面的成功做法，阐述了当前影响农业科技成果转化的主要因素，指出农业科技成果转化工作的长期性和艰巨性。
Abstract This-article elaborates successful methods of promoting scientific achievement transformation in Sha’anxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The author discusses the major factors affecting agricultural scientific achievement transformation and puts forward that transformation of agricultural scientific achievement is a long-term and diffcult task.
