摘要
采用叶面喷施铜锌的方法,研究了铜锌交互作用对茶树生长和生理的效应。结果表明,铜锌合施,不仅显著促进了茶树新梢及枝条对Cu的吸收,而且有利于Cu由地上部向吸收根转移;只有在锌浓度较低时与铜合施才能促进对锌的吸收,反之,则不利于对锌的吸收。与铜或锌单施相比,铜锌合施对新梢生育及茶叶产量影响不大,但对硝酸还原酶活性及叶绿素、茶多酚和氨基酸等的含量有明显的增效作用,并能改善Zn对多酚氧化酶活性的不利影响。硝酸还原酶活性与茶叶全氮量和还原态氮含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。
Physiological effect of interaction between Cu and Zn on the growth of tea plants was investigated by spraying the solution of Cu or Zn and the mixed solution of the both to tea plants.Spraying the mixed solution of Cu and Zn remarkably promoted not only the Cu absorption by the shoots and branches,but also the Cu transfer from above ground organs to absorbing roots.Zn absorption by tea plants was enhanced by spraying the mixture of which Zn was in lower levels,but was inhibited by spraying the mixture of which Zn was in higher levels.Compared with spraying either Cu or Zn alone,spraying the mixture,though Chowing no obvious effect on the shoot development and the yield,increased the contents of chlorophyll,amino acids and tea polyphenols,and the activity of the nitrate reductase.Spraying the mixture also decreased the negative effect of Zn on the polyphenol oxidase activity when Zn was applied alone.The nitrate reductase activity was significantly correlated (P<0 01)with the content of total nitrogen or of reduced nitrogen.Co effect of Cu and Zn on the carbon and nitrogen metabolisms of tea plants were also discussed.
