中学生自我和谐与心理健康及其关系的研究 被引量:21

A Study on Middle School Students in Guangdong Province about Ego Consonance and Mental Health and Their Inter-relations

摘要 目的评定广东省湛江市1350名初中学生自我和谐状态,并探讨其与心理健康之间的关系。方法采用《自我和谐量表》(SCCS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对包括师范学院附属中学在内的初中学生进行测量。结果发现初中学生在发生自我不和谐的3个维度之中有18%的人进入高分组;其中男生在自我与经验的不和谐维度上得分48.42±8.72,显著高于正常值;而男女生在自我和谐3个维度上均无显著差异(P>0.05);心理健康状况良好的学生的自我和谐程度显著高于心理健康状况较差的学生;自我和谐能在一定程度上预测心理症状的变异量。结论初中学生目前自我和谐与心理健康状态堪忧。 Objective This survey proceeded from the angle of mental healthy to assess the level of middle school students' self-acceptance and self-approval. Methods This research took a measurement on 680 middle school students with SCCS and SCL--90. Results In the three stages on which the ego inconsonance would happen, there were 18% of the sampled students entered into high level. The male students' levels of ego inconsonance with ego and experience were 48.42 ± 8. 72, much higher than the average. However, there was no outstanding discrepancy between male students and female students on the three stage of ego consonance. Conclusion It is quite worrying that the middle student account into a poor ego consonance and mental health status.
