摘要 Nanosize styrene-acrylate micro-emulsion was synthesized using semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method,with hard monomers of styrene and methyl methacryiate,soft monomer of n-buty1 acryiate,function monomers of acrylic,α-methyl acrylic acid and N-methyloacry amide,complex emulsifier of SDS and OP-10.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by IR and TEM.The influence of the main factors such as ratio of soft and hard monomers,function monomers,and ratio of an-ionic and non-ionicemulsifiers on properties of emulsion was investigated.The optimal emulsion polymerization conditions were determined.
