社会转型是当前全民健身计划实施中不容回避的时代背景。当前剧烈的社会转型是中国社会经济发展的必然,也造成全民健身推进过程中的诸多困境。运用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,阐述了“转型社会”对社会体育在管理、政策实施等方面的影响,提出全民健身实施应注意的若干方略。

The social transition is unavoidable era background. Because of the social transition, the social sports in China must face a lot of restraining. By means of literature review and logical analysis, the paper states some influences of tranitional society to social sports. Some suggestions are put forward on implement about social sports.
