Influence Factors of the Reserve Talents of Competition Sports' Continuable Development

可持续发展是当代社会发展的大趋势,竞技体育实现可持续发展是一项宏观的系统工程,在这一宏观工程中,后备人才资源则是其能否实现可持续发展的关键。目前后备人才发展中存在多种非持续性因素的制约,从社会转型时期政府行为的影响、教练员的“近亲繁殖”、后备人才资源的储备三个方面对竞技体育后备人才可持续发展的影响进行阐述。

Keeping on developing is the key trend of the contemporary society development, continual development of competition sports is a macroscopic system engineering, the reserve talents＇ resources is the key element for continual development. Nowadays, reserve talents＇ development exists the variety of confineable factors, this paper disserts influence of competition sports＇ continual development.
