摘要
根据当前的实际情况,提出军事体育任职教育的改革与发展方向是:改革任职教育培训教材、改革人才培养观念、改革教学内容与课程设置、完善任职教育培训制度、明确任职教育的教学原则。
Base on the fact, the paper puts forward the directions of development and reform of military sports vocational education： amdiomting teaching materials, changing conceptions, altering content and courses, perfecting institution, definiting principles, enhancing means.
