妊娠糖尿病规范管理与母儿结局的相关影响

Related research on norm management of GDM and maternal and fetal termination

[目的]研究妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)规范管理对母儿结局的影响。[方法]前瞻性研究56例规范管理的GDM孕产妇(管理组)产科并发症,并与2 753例糖代谢正常孕产妇对照(对照组)。[结果]两组剖宫产率、妊娠期高血压疾病、巨大儿、产后出血、新生儿窒息等母儿并发症比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]早期发现、及时确诊、规范管理,可促进GDM母儿的良好结局。

[Objective] To research the norm management of GDM exert on the maternal and fetal termination. [ Methods] Have studied prospectively the obstetric complications of the 56 GDM pregnancies （management set） which have been normally managed, and checked against with 2 753 pregnancies （matched set） with normal glucose metabolism. [ Results] Compared the maternal and fetal complications in the two sets , such as the incidence of cesarean delivery, hypertension of disorders of pregnancy , macrosomia , postpartum hemorrhage , neonatal asphyxia etc , it didn＇t show significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Discovered in early days, diagnosed exactly in time, normally managed,can promote the GDM＇s maternal and fetal good termination.
