院内感染洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的分析 被引量:4

Analysis of burkholderid depacia in nosocomial infection

摘要 [目的]回顾大连医科大学第一临床学院2004年送检的各种标本中洋葱伯克霍尔德(burkholderiddepacia,BC)菌的分离与药敏结果,为院内感染洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的治疗提供可靠的依据。[方法]菌种的鉴定采用法国生物一梅里埃公司的API2ONE鉴定系统,对分离到的36株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌进行准确鉴定,药敏试验采用K—B琼脂扩散法,培养基的制备和药敏试验操作均严格按照NCCLS的规定执行。[结果]36株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌分别分离于痰标本、导管尖端、尿液和血标本中。其中痰标本31株,导管尖端2株,尿标本2株、1株血标本。药敏结果如下:耐药率最高为头孢西丁(94.4%)其次是庆大霉素(83.3%),阿米卡星(66.7%),敏感率较高的有头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(88.9%),头孢他啶(77.8%),环丙沙星(75%)。[结论]院内感染的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌主要分离于痰标本,治疗首选抗生素为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦。 [ Objective] To review the Burkholderid depacia isolated in our hospital in 2004, providing foundation for clinical therapy of Burkholderid depacia in nosocomial infection. [ Methods] Identification of 36 strains of BC was performed by API 20NE analysis system of the biomerieux company. The K - B agar diffusion test according to NCCLS was used. [ Results] 36 strains of BC were isolated from sputum,catheter tip,urine and blood specimens. Among the total strains, 31 strains were isolated from sputum specimens, 2 strains were isolated from catheter tip specimens, 2 strains were isolated from urine specimens, 1 strain was isolated from blood specimen. The antimicrobial susceptibility test result: The highest resistance rate was cefoxintin (94.4%), then were gentamicin (83.3%), amikacia ( 66. 7% ) ; the stronger susceptibility rates werecefoperazone/sulbactam ( 88.9% ), ceftazidime ( 77. 8% ), ciprofloxacin(75% ). [Conclusion] Most of Burkholderid depacia in nosocomial infection were isolated from sputum specimens. The best antibiotics is cefoperazone/sulbactam.
