摘要
给出了油气弹簧缝隙节流原理图,通过节流阀片力学模型建立了节流阀片弯曲变形微分方程,对节流阀片弯曲变形进行了研究,创建了弯曲变形系数和弯曲变形解析计算式。对油气弹簧节流阀片的弯曲变形量、节流缝隙、节流缝隙增量进行了研究,建立了缝隙增量与速度间的关系方程。通过建立特性仿真分段数学模型,对油气弹簧阻力特性进行了计算机仿真,最后对所设计的油气弹簧进行了阻力特性试验。通过试验可知,所研究的油气弹簧阻力特性计算机仿真模型和方法是正确的,对油气弹簧的优化设计、特性分析都具有重要的参考价值。
The theory structure sketch of hydro-pneumatic spring aperture throttle was proposed and the governing differential equation for bending deformation of a single throttle slice was firstly introduced. On the base, and its solution satisfying required boundary conditions, the formula and coefficient for bending deformation of a single slice were given through equivalency transformation. The bend deformation was researched to build the relation equation between throttle aperture increment and velocity. Finally, by building the section mathmatics model of characteristic simulation, the resistance characteristic and the effecting of throttle aperture to the resistance characteristic are simulated. The resistance characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring was tested. It is shown by the test results that the model and the method used in the simulation to the resistance characteristics of hydro-pneumatic spring are accurate enough. The study provides available theory and method for the design and characteristic analysis of the damper.
