摘要
目的:建立小青龙合剂中马兜铃酸 A 的限量检查方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱为 Kromasil C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(62:37:1),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为320 nm。结果:马兜铃酸 A 在1.86~371.80 ng 范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),最低检测限为0.7435 ng,3批小青龙合剂中未检出马兜铃酸 A。结论:本法专属性强,结果稳定,方法的回收率良好,可用于小青龙合剂中马兜铃酸 A 的限量检查和质量控制。
Objective:To establish a limiting detection for aristolochic acid A in Xiaoqinglong mixture. Methods: HPLC,the analytical column was Kromasil C18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol - water - acetic acid (62 : 37 : 1 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The UV detection was set at 320 nm. Results:The calibration curve was good linear in the range from 1.86 -371.80 ng(r =0. 9998). The minimum limit of detection was 0. 7435 ng. There was not aristolochic acid A in Xiaoqinglong mixture. Conclusion:The method has a good accuracy,precision and stabilization. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaoqinglong mixture.
