HPLC determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao capsules

目的:建立炎立消胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法测定,Symmetry C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为水-甲醇-冰醋酸(80:19:1),流速1 mL·min^(-1);检测波长260 nm。结果:原儿茶酸的线性范围为0.06～0.30μg(r=0.9995);平均回收率99.0%,RSD 为2.2%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为炎立消胶囊的质量检测方法。

Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao capsules. Method：The HPLC analysis was achieved by using a Symmetry C18 column（4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μm） and using water- methanol -glacial acetic acid （80： 19：1 ）as the mobile phase, with flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1 and detection at 260 nm. Result：The linear range of protocatechuic acid was 0.06 -0. 30 μg（ r =0. 9995 ） ; The average recovery was 99. 0% ,RSD =2. 2% （n =6）. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality evaluation of Yanlixiao capsules.
