复方土金颗粒治疗慢性汞中毒临床疗效研究

The curative effect of compound Tujin granules on mercury poisoning

目的观察复方土金颗粒治疗汞中毒的临床疗效。方法将249例慢性汞中毒患者采用单盲法分为三组:西药组、中药组、对照组。西药组采用金属络合剂二巯基丙磺酸钠(DMPS)肌肉注射,中药组采用复方土金颗粒口服,对照组采用能量输注疗法,观察临床症状和体征,测定生化指标。结果通过对临床症状、体征、生化指标评价,西药组有效率为100%,中药组有效率94.9%,对照组为0。中药组用药前后尿汞值有极显著性差异,中药组与西药组间尿汞值无显著性差异,西药组出现头晕、疲乏无力等金属络合症,中药组未发现不良反应。结论复方土金颗粒驱汞疗效可靠,且克服了西药组金属络合症等不良反应,可作为一线作业现场的慢性中毒的治疗用药和预防用药,对工人的职业病防治具有重大意义。

OBJECTIVE To observe the dinical curative effect of compound Tujin granules on mercury poisoning. METHODS Divide the 249 patients of slow mercury poisoning into three groups according to single blind method ： western medicine group, herbal medicine group and control group. Western medicine group were injected the metal complex DMPS via muscle. Herbal medicine group were orally given compound Tujin granules. Control group adopts the zymurgy infusion method. The clinical symptoms were observed and the biochemistry indexes were determined. RESULTS By means of analyze for the clinical symptoms of body and biochemistry indexes ,The curative rate western medicine group reach 100%. The curative rate of the herbal medicine group get to 94.90%. herbal medicine group mercury content in the urine before and after using the medicine have very significantly difference. The western medicine group and the herbal medicine group have not significantly difference. Control diseases of western medicine group feel the dizzy and tired. There was not harmful effect in the herbal medicine group. CONCLUSION The curative effect of the compound Tujin granules is dependable in removing the mercury. It can overcome the harmful reaction of western medicine group. It can be used as medicine for curing and preventing the slow poisoning on the work spot. It is of great importance to cure and prevent occupmional disease.
