摘要
苏州华能电厂循环水泵房旋转滤网采用了侧向进水的布置形式,其进水流道长度只有泵吸管喇叭口直径的7.36倍,较常规设计(9D)偏短,水工模型试验结果表明该设计是合理的;同时与减小进水流道长度和滤网出口至两边导墙的扩散角以及降低胸墙底部高程等不同方案进行了对比试验,探讨了优化设计的可能性,对类似工程的设计和研究具有很好的参考价值。
The side-inlet rotating filter net is used in circulating water pump station of Suzhou Huaneng Thermal Power Plant. The preliminary design of inlet conduit length is 7.36 times of the diameter of pump suction pipe bellmouth, which is shorter than the normal design of 9D. The results of hydraulic model test show that the design is reasonable. The comparative tests on different schemes of reducing inlet conduit length and diffusion angle from filter net outlet to both guide wall and lowering elevation of breast wall bottom were conducted. The possibility of optimizing design is discussed. It may provide a good reference for similar project design and research.
