摘要
通过建立污染源与水环境质量的响应关系,就湛江市污染物现状排放和水环境容量的计算、分配及水环境质量控制进行了研究。结果表明湛江市CODMn的环境容量为163085t/a,NH3-N的环境容量为10636t/a;CODMn平均超标率为6.82%,NH3-N平均超标率为9.67%,该结果与污染物入河量、水质超标率的关系基本吻合,说明水环境容量的计算结果合理。此外,根据湛江市历年的降雨资料及相应的环境容量建立了湛江市降雨与环境容量曲线,为充分利用环境容量、做好排污治污工作提供了技术支持。
Through establishing the response relationship between pollution source and water environmental quality, the existing status of pollutant discharge, the calculation and assignment of water environmental capacity, and the control of water environmental quality of Zhanjiang City are studied. The results show that the environmental capacity of CODMn and NH3 - N in Zhanjiang City are 163 085 t/a and 10 636 t/a, respectively. The average excess rate of CODMn and NH3 - N are 6.82% and 9.67% , respectively. This is consistent with the pollutant discharge to rivers and the excess rate of water quality. It indicates that the calculation result of water environmental capacity is reasonable. In addition, environmental capacity and rainfall curves are established on the basis of the rainfall data of previous years and the corresponding environmental capacity. It gives the technical support to full use of the environmental capacity and to correct pollution discharge and treatment.
