摘要
本文首先从模具生产的特点出发,阐明了模具车间管理与控制的复杂性和重要性;接着分析了以往模具车间管理与控制的方法及其缺陷,提出了一种克服这些缺陷的方案,即用HMS来建立模具车间管理与控制系统,并详细阐述了该系统的组成原理;最后,总结了此系统的优缺点,指出了进一步完善的方向。
Firstly, the complexity and significance of mould shop management and control are demonstrated as viewed from characteristics of mould manufacturing. Secondly, methods used for mould shop management and control before and their shortcomings are analyzed, and a new idea using HMS to construct the management and control system of mould shop is put forward and described in detail. Finally, the author summarizes advantages and disadvantages of this system and points out the way to perfect.
