摘要
本文介绍了一种基于展开数学模型的汽车消声器渐缩管弯头钣金方法,由于该方法可以通过自动绘制展开图实现Nestcut钣金排样系统下的自动下料和数控切割,必将能极大地提高工程技术人员的工作效率,进而提高产品质量。
One kind of sheet metal based on the extension mathematics model for the reductive pipe elbow in the automobile silencer shell is put forward in this article. Through this method, we can get automatic yummy treats and numerical control cuts on the Nest cut system platform from the automatic extension drawing and also can promote the engineers working efficiency as well as improving the product quality.
