A Control Way on Improving Filling Speed of Granule Packaging Electronic Counting

本文通过对新旧两种颗粒包装电子计数充填控制方法,包括其工艺过程、结构原理、硬件系统组成和控制程序框图的介绍,分析了现行方法的不足和改进方法的实用价值,提出了一种能显著提高颗粒包装电子计数充填速度的控制方法。

By introducing two kinds of controlling methods of electronic counting & filling for granule packaging by their process, structure, hardware and software system, and also analyzing the shortage of the old method and application value of the new one, a controlling method which can remarkably speed up the electronic counting & filling for granule packaging is put forward in this paper, and finally its application will obviously increase the packaging output in production.
