北京地区瓜类蔬菜白粉病菌生理小种分化的初步鉴定 被引量:50

摘要 采用国际通用的甜瓜白粉病菌生理小种鉴别寄主与标准鉴定体系,在春秋两季,对北京地区不同地点、不同设施内的西瓜、甜瓜、南瓜、黄瓜和西葫芦上采集的共12个白粉病菌进行生理小种鉴定。根据一系列甜瓜白粉病菌鉴别寄主的抗感反应,初步确定北京地区瓜类蔬菜白粉病由Sphaerothecafuliginea所致,且存在两个生理小种,即小种1和2France,优势生理小种是小种2France。 Twelve pathogen collections of powdery mildew,which came from watermelon,melon,pumpkin,cucumber and squash grown in the greenhouse or open field of different places in spring and autumn of Beijing,were detected using the international standard identification system.According to a series of reaction of powdery mildew to different host,it could be confirmed that the disease was caused by Sphaerotheca fuliginea.There were two races,race 1 and race 2France,of which race 2France was the dominant one.
