Development of remote battery management system

针对无人通讯基站蓄电池分布广,维护效率低等特点,本文提出利用电话网络实现远程蓄电池管理系统的解决方案。系统前端执行数据采集、充放电控制等任务,同时通过电话网络实现与远程用户接口的数据传输,实现无人基站的蓄电池管理。本文围绕系统整体网络组建,前端数据采集,网络传输以及软件设计进行了讨论。

In consideration of wide distribution and low maintenance efficiency of batteries in unattended communication stations, this article proposes a new solution to remote battery management system based on PSTN. The front part performs data collection, charger and discharger control and so on. Based on PSTN, the front part can communicate with the user interface and perform battery management in unattended communication stations. System network topology, communication, and software design are discussed as well.
