我国高校大学生信息素质评价标准研究

Research on the Evaluation Criteria of Information Literacy of Chinese College Students

从介绍信息素质的定义出发,分析了信息素质的内涵,并分析讨论了国内外几个有代表性的信息素质评价标准,在此基础上,提出了一套包含信息知识、信息能力、信息道德三个方面的我国大学生信息素质评价标准。其中,信息知识是基础,信息能力是核心,信息道德是保证。

This paper introduces the definition of information literacy and analyzes the connotation of information literacy. Then it discusses several sets of evaluation criteria of information literacy. At last, the author proposes a set of evaluation criteria of information literacy of Chinese college students. It includes three aspects： knowledge about information, information competence and information morality. From the author＇ s point of view, knowledge about information is the foundation, information competence is the core and information morality is the guarantee.
