摘要
以唐山师范学院图书馆为例,分析了专升本院校图书馆文献资源建设存在的问题,论述了解决问题的三条途径。
Taking the library of Tangshan teachers college as an example, the paper analyzes the existed problems on document resources construction in libraries of regular colleges; furthermore, it discusses three ways to solve the problems.
