PLA棉针织面料的设计与开发

摘要 将PLA纤维和普通涤纶纤维进行了性能对比。利用其优异的性能,选用14.5tex(40S)PLA棉(50/50)双纱为原料开发了一款夏季高档针织T恤面料。在介绍编织和染整工艺的同时,提出了应注意的问题:一是编织时张力和车间温湿度的控制,二是由于PLA纤维熔点低的缘故,而在染整过程中进行的温度控制。 This paper makes the comparison between the properties of PLA fiber and common polyester fiber, and develops one kind of top grade knitted T-shirt summer fabric using the two-fold yarn of 14.5 Tex (40') of PLA/cotton (50/50) which takes full use of the advantages of PLA fiber. In addition, this paper introduces the knitting process and dyeing and finishing technology of this kind of fabric, and at the same time points out the issues which should be paid attention to: one is the proper control of the knitting tension and the temperature and humidity of the workshop, the other is the strict temperature control in the dyeing and finishing process due to the low melting point of PLA fiber.
