列举两个实例说明选择合理尺寸的试块和检测方式对指导生产保证铸件质量起着极其重要的作用。实例之一是说明敲落式球铁试块的铸造质量对判断球铁铸件质量准确度的影响;另一实例论证如何合理选用蠕墨铸铁炉前三角试块。
Two cases were given to show that adopting specimens with reasonable dimensions and proper testing methods played a very important role in castings production control and quality guarantee. One case indicated the influence of the casting quality of the knock-off type specimen on the quality judging veracity of nodular iron castings. And another case demonstrated how to choose properly the wedge specimen for on-spot control in vermicular iron production.
