摘要
自1988年Gluckman应用脐血成功进行造血干细胞移植治疗1例范可尼贫血以来，脐血作为造血干细胞的另一来源因其搜寻时间短、HLA配型要求低而逐渐被临床应用。但因其细胞数量有限，应用范围受到很大限制。近年来人们试图通过双份脐血及脐血干细胞体外扩增来弥补这一缺陷心。自2003年3月以来我院共进行脐血移植6例，现报道如下。
