影响人造血干/祖细胞在SCID鼠体内植入、增殖和分化的因素

摘要 重症联合免疫缺陷(SCID)鼠由于其特殊的免疫学特点目前已经成为研究人造血干/祖细胞(HSC/HPC)发育分化比较理想的实验动物,为体内研究人HSC/HPC活性及骨髓移植构建一些疾病模型奠定了方法学基础,具有极其重要的应用价值。但该模型造血及免疫重建水平较低,一些关键技术问题尚有待于进一步研究。从HSC/HPC移植于SCID鼠到HSC/HPC在SCID鼠体内增殖和分化是一个复杂的过程,影响这一过程的因素很多,其中大多数作用机制尚未阐明。我们就影响人HSC/HPC在SCID鼠体内植入、增殖和分化的因素作一综述。
