摘要
以FeSO4.7H2O和(NH4)3PO4.3H2O为原料,用聚乙二醇-400作模板剂,经低热固相反应合成了磷酸亚铁铵多元微肥。用热重/差热(TG/DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)对产物进行了分析表征,结果表明该产物为微溶的NH4FePO4.H2O。该合成方法除了得到微溶的磷酸亚铁铵外,还可得到可溶的硫酸铵。本合成法不仅工艺简洁,而且生产过程没有废水产生,无论是从工艺上,还是环保上均比液相法具有优势,是一种颇具工业应用前景的合成法。
Applied FeSO4·7H2O and (NH4) 3 PO4· 3H2O as materials, PEG-400 as template, multi-micronutrient fertilizer ferrous ammonium phosphate was synthesized by low heat solid state reaction. The main product was characterized by TG/DTA, XRD and IR. The characteristics results indicated that the main product was slightly soluble (NH4)Fe(PO4)·H2O Soluble ammonium sulphate was got beside the main product. The synthesis processes was not only simply but also without waste water. Compared with the synthesis process in liquid, this process had much more industrial potential.
