This article discusses some important details and essential questions which are met in the design and realization of information management system for fishing vessels. From the three aspects of constructing the database, configuring the server and realizing the code, the construction of tables, the establishment of IIS, the operation of controls which are tied on the data and storage of pictures by the technology of binary flow system are studied. Furthermore, the concrete establishing methods and VB codes which are used to realize certain functions are given.
