摘要
本文以科学研究和科研质量的相关研究为基础,分析了科学研究的本质特征,论述了科研质量和科研质量观的内涵和要求,构建了科研质量实现过程和科研变量模型,提出了科研质量改进的目标和原则,探讨了科研过程质量改进的若干策略。
Based on the related study of scientific research and scientific research quality, the essence of scientific research and the conception and the notation of scientific research quality are discussed, then a model of the quality realizing processes and the variables of scientific research quality is designed. Moreover, the objective and several principia of quality improvement on scientific research are brought forward. Finally, several strategies of quality improvement on scientific research process are explored in the paper.
