摘要
本文从和谐经济论与和谐管理论的视角,对企业集群系统进行剖析。从宏观、中观和微观三维度审视企业集群系统,并以和谐因子共同作用形成的和谐度来判识企业集群系统和谐发展能力。最后,利用企业集群系统和谐发展能力评价模型,通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法进行了实证研究。
This paper analyzes enterprises cluster system based on harmony economy theory and harmony management theory, so as to explore its harmony development capabilities. It scans enterprises cluster system from three dimensions-macro, medium and micro, and applies harmony degree formed by the interaction among harmony genes to identify harmony development capabilities of enterprises cluster system. And this paper applies the evaluation model of harmony development capabilities of enterprises cluster system and recurs to the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to process a demonstration study in the end.
