企业资源与竞争优势关系的经验研究

Firm resources and competitive advantage: An empirical research

本文以企业资源理论为基础,将企业资源体系分为支持性资源和主导性资源两个层面,建立了企业资源、能力与竞争优势之间影响关系的直接模型和间接模型。基于254家浙江民营制造业企业的调查问卷数据,本文用结构方程模型对直接模型和间接模型进行了对比检验。结果发现了企业各资源、能力对竞争优势的相对影响效应,证实了主导性资源在构成企业竞争优势来源的主体地位,探明了企业资源、能力对竞争优势的影响机制。文章对这些发现进行了总结并阐述了它们的管理意义。

Taking the resource-based theory of the firm as theoretical instrument, this paper decomposes firm resource system into two layers： Supportive resources and primary resources, and proposes direct and indirect models which differently elaborate influencing paths from firm resources and capabilities to competitive advantage. Based on survey data from 254 non-governmental manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang, this paper examines comparatively direct and indirect models by structure equation modeling. The results show relative effects of firm resources and capabilities on competitive advantage, validate dominant position of primary resources as a source of competitive advantage, and indicate the link mechanism among firm resources, capabilities and competitive advantage. This paper concludes with discussion and managerial implications.
