摘要
从CPLD具有完全硬件逻辑的特点出发,提出了用CPLD发生占空比可调的超高频电火花加工脉冲信号的设想。通过利用多路(复用)器和计数器的连接与反馈,设计CPLD的数字逻辑算法,并在EPM7064中实现了占空比可调的超高频脉冲。在外部晶振频率为40 MHz下,通过模拟仿真和实际输出,得到了8 MHz的超高频脉冲,其占空比可调。
This paper presents that developing ultrahigh frequency pulse EDM generator of adjustable duty ratio by CPLD based on the characteristic of CPLD, complete hardware logistic. Through connecting and feeding back multiplexer and counter, digital logic algorithm of CPLD is designed, ultrahigh frequency pulse signal of adjustable duty ratio is realized in EPM7064. When the frequency of outside crystal oscillator is 40 MHz, ultrahigh frequency pulse of 8 MHz is got, its duty ratio is adjustable.
