摘要
成功研制了一种新型具有空间重叠性的平面-光栅腔三波长TEA CO2激光器。在阐述该激光器的构造基础上,通过试验结果,分析了该激光器的多种输出特性。
A new kind of three-wavelength TEA CO2 laser is developed, which is formed by three plane-grating cavities overlapped in the space. The design and structure characteristic of the TEA CO2 laser are provided, the output characteristic are analyzed by the experimental result.
