摘要
设计了中心波长为830nm的光学相干层析(OCT)系统,系统采用傅里叶域光学延迟线,成像深度为3mm。实验结果表明:系统纵向分辨率为16μm,横向分辨率约为18μm。利用该系统分别获得了晶状体混浊和正常老鼠眼睛前端的OCT图像。
An optical coherence tomography (OCT) system with center wavelength of 830nm is designed. The Foutier-domain optical delay line with the scan depth of 3ram is used in the system. The experimental results demonstrate that the system can achieve an axial resolution of 16μm and lateral resolution of 18μm. The OCT images of the normal and turbid cornea mouse-eye-forepart are achieved experimentally byusing this system.
